We encourage and support women to live happy and healthy lives and our carefully designed programs cater to this. We know that life gets busy, but we also know that by looking after yourself from within, you are able to give the best part of yourself to the world.
Our programs aim to help us both mentally and physically. We believe in building strength and confidence from the inside out.
Anna is a Qualified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Pilates Instructor. We have a variety of Group Fitness classes that will keep you happy, healthy and motivated, whilst focusing on your pelvic floor functionality and core stability.
All little ones are welcome and a FREE babysitting service is provided.

RunBaby is a fitness community that embraces encourages and supports women. It is a movement that inspires us to live life happy and healthy and achieve our passions in life. It is a place where we can nurture our bodies mentally and physically.
Creator of RunBaby, Anna-Rose Klaus, has a passion for both Health and Fitness and the outdoors lifestyle. 'Exercise sets my soul on fire, i love being around people who have similar health goals and my aim for RunBaby is to create a community of like minded people, who encourage themselves and each other to be the best version of themselves."
As is the case with most great ideas, RunBaby was developed after a period of hardship.
"My husband and I had just became parents to our beautiful Baby Boy, when we moved back to Australia from Canada. I Really struggled to find my place as a mum, a wife and in a new community, it was a very lonely and isolating experience." I was certain that i wasn't the only one feeling this way and realized that it was my love of health and fitness that was my saving grace.
To this end, Anna-Rose Enrolled and completed her Certificate III and IV in Personal Training, Pilates Certification, her accreditation in Pre and Post Natal Fitness instructing and now specialises in Pelvic Floor and Core Stability to learn the skills and gain the knowledge to create an exercise community she was searching for - A group of Empowered Women that empower women.
